After the sucessfull serial production of the OceanPack pCO₂ measuring system and the PowerPack Li-Ion battery systems in 2011 the company SubCtech expended the production capacity. SubCtech divides up into three main areas of operation:

• Subsea Power:
  Li-Ion and Li-Polymer battery systems (PowerPacks): this state-of-the-art technology allows the use of maximal energy capacities on the highest level of reliability by multiple redundancy designs. Housings are made of Titanium or Carbon for depths of up to 6000m. Not only for ROVs and AUVs.

• Umbilical cable for charging while in water
• Triple redundancy for flawless operation
• Easy operation: 2-button control

• Measurement sytems for environmental factors such as pCO₂:
  Durable, flexible and cost-effective flow-through AUMS (Autonomous Underway Measurement System) OceanPack especially for pCO₂ monitoring on ships (also known as “FerryBox”) and mobile applications. Expandable by other sensors such as our Meteo – Top-Box for sea to air exchange flux measurements.
